Tihī Harore is our most special product. Rainforest mushrooms, gathered from the native forests of the Rotorua region, are carefully dried and then blended with our cultured cashew cheese to create a unique indigenous food.
Our cultured cashew cheeses are made in small batches with ethically sourced organic cashew nuts and best quality vegan probiotic strains. Cashews are an excellent source of magnesium and fermenting the cashews increases their nutritional bioavailability.
