Fresh almond mylk is rich and delicious, perfect for your breakfast cereal, baking and drinking by the glass. It also steams beautifully turning your hot chocolate or latte into a nutritional feast.
Our almond mylk is handmade in small batches with the freshest almonds we can find. We soak the almonds overnight in pure artisan water to "activate" them and then blended with Himalayan salt, organic dates and premium quality vanilla extract before being finely strained.
Nuts are "activated" through soaking and each nut has its own optimum soaking time. While soaking the nuts release enzyme inhibitors which can be difficult to digest and living enzymes are activated as if in preparation for germination. Nut mylks are living foods and a convenient and delicious source of instantly bioavailable nutrition.

Available in 250ml and 1litre glass bottles. Stores below 4C for 5 days from day it is made.
