Our version of the spicy South American saurkraut. We use it everyday in our BBQ tofu sandwich and relish the bite of the spicy fermented cabbage. A nod to the Old School Ferments peps who frequented the Hawkes Bay Farmers Market when we first started and were famous for their Curtido. Eating curtido and other fermented foods is a great way to introduce gut healing probiotics to our digestive system. Check out our kimchivegan cheeses, and ginger kombucha for other products enriched with these healthy bacterias.

Ingredients: Cabbage, Carrot, Onion*, Oregano*, Chilli, Salt*. 

Store below 4c for up to 3 months (it will actually keep forever in the fridge but it's always feels good to finish the jar).
