Our soya beans were grown organically by Scott Lawson from Lawson's True Earth here in Hawkes Bay. Our miso is made by Aya who learned from her father and upholds her family tradition. The miso has been aged for 12-24 months and is a very special kai that we are very proud to be able to offer you. Combine with hot water to make a delicious miso broth.
