PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
We work hard to get fresh products to you as quickly as possible. To ensure you receive freshly made kai we manage production for all online orders once a week on Mondays. All orders must be placed by end of business Friday to meet production the following Monday. We ship all orders out on Tuesday via overnight courier service. COVID-19 has been causing recent delays to shipments outside of our control, please account for an extra day for delivery.
SHIPPING DETAILS:
We ship all perishable orders in an insulated polybin with a chill pack designed for 48-hour travel. Freight is calculated once a valid delivery address has been entered. The following is a general guide for shipping rates (GST inclusive):
North Island 0kg–4.9kg $10. 00
North Island 5kg–10kg $15.00
Hawkes Bay Free Shipping over $100.00
DELIVERY SPECIFICATIONS:
Due to the perishable nature of our products and delays with COVID-19, we are unable to ship to rural addresses or the South Island at this time. Orders can only be delivered to a valid physical address. Deliveries cannot be made on weekends and public holidays. Generally, residential addresses are more likely to be delayed than CBD business addresses. If you are able to ship to a business address this may be a better option for faster delivery. Please note we are unable to deliver goods to a PO Box address.
Should you have a special delivery instruction, please enter the relevant information in “Delivery Instructions” when completing your order. The delivery instructions will be passed onto our courier and driver. Please ensure that you also include your contact details should the courier driver need to contact you.
If a specific delivery date is requested, please note that whilst we will endeavor to deliver as close to this date as possible, it cannot be guaranteed.
