This is a really versatile flavour that we use a lot in the shop as a base for sandwiches, sauces and dollops. We stir through grated horseradish to make a tasty horseradish mayo or siracha for a hot sauce. And with roasted garlic you get all the antibacterial goodness of garlic with a gentle warming garlic flavour.
Our cultured cashew cheeses are made in small batches with ethically sourced organic cashew nuts and best quality vegan probiotic strains. Cashews are an excellent source of magnesium and fermenting the cashews increases their nutritional bioavailability.
